This is not one of those programs where you lift a soup can ten times and then rest. These training schedules are filled with serious information and expertly selected exercises that will make you physically and mentally stronger.

Getting started

Prior to starting out it will be to your advantage to mentally prepare for these forty five to fifty minute sessions. Visualize getting stronger, lifting hard and putting forth the effort to succeed in your training.

You will become mentally and physically stronger because of your training. I suspect you’ll even surprise yourself at what you can do once you’ve set your mind to it. 

Personal training fees

Adult rates

3 months $120.00 @ 2 times per week

3 months $160.00 @ 3 times per week

1 month $45.00 @ 2 times per week

1 month $60.00 @ 3 times per week

One time training session $35.00

Family rates

This is open for discussion and depends on the ages, number, times and frequency of the training sessions.

High school student rates

3 months $99.00 @ 2 times per week

3 months $140.00 @ 3 times per week

1 month $35.00 @ 2 times per week

1 month $50.00 @ 3 times per week

One time training session $25.00

Special circumstance trainees

Ongoing, but intermittent consultations program schedules with one on one, full email and phone support $50.00 per session.

Special notice:

In all cases, if you cancel your session, arrive more than fifteen minutes late, or do not show up at all, you have lost that training day and it will not be carried over to a future date or time.

This is a strength training gym, not a social club, and if you are serious about getting strong, it means you are conscientious about making your scheduled training days as well.

Each one that is missed can never be recovered, time moves on and it is simply an opportunity that has passed you by. Don't miss your training days.

Online personal strength and fitness coaching

If you are finding your exercise schedule isn’t producing results any longer you need a change of pace. This will do it for you.

If you are a self-motivated individual who can follow a written exercise plan and then put it into place at the gym, this set up will work for you. However, if you cannot follow directions or get yourself into the gym without prodding this will be a waste of your time and money.

If you do choose this option, you will definitely benefit from my expert guidance with each schedule you get and with your weekly phone consultations, if you live in the USA or Canada.

After signing up for the program schedule of your choice you will very shortly afterward receive a questionnaire asking you about your current fitness levels, your previous experience, and your goals. All of my trainees fill this out so we both know what we are dealing with pertaining to your health and fitness goals.

When the questionnaire is returned, I’ll give you a call so I can get a better grasp of what you are seeking to achieve; again, this is available only to those of you who live in the USA or Canada.

Once these preliminaries are taken care of, I’ll design a specific exercise program for you that matches your fitness goals.

Your individual program is then sent directly to the email address you gave when you signed up. All of the exercises, and are accurately described, and come with an animation showing you how to do them.

Make no mistake about it these programs are not a one size fits all type of affair. They will be designed specifically for YOU.

You will get your information through the email, and by phone if you live in the US or Canada or via a web page.

In fact, you can get a hold of me quickly through the email address twenty-four hours a day. Sundays excluded.

Getting started on your personalized training program

Option number one-video training schedule

This is a video based training program. I will set you up with a training schedule and provide access to the videos that accurately describe and demonstrate each of the exercises that are in the program.

I will set up a web page that will be dedicated to your training program. I will start you off with a lifting program specific to your needs, supplemented with training videos of how I believe the lifts should be performed. By doing it this way you will learn how to do each one the correct way. This helps prevent injury's from occurring-at least that is one of the goals.

This will also be where we can discuss your progress by exchanging videos of your training technique, lifting form or questions your may have that I can address and then get back to you with my answers.

You'll need access to a video camera to take short videos of your exercise session. The next step will be to use your computers built in movie maker to make a video and to send it over to me for close examination of your exercise technique.

Option number two-email schedule

This online training program addresses your personal needs on a weekly basis if you sign up for that particular schedule. You will be sent an animated training program/schedule that will appear on your screen. This option allows you to download the schedule and take it to the gym with you.

It's a convenient, simple and easy way for you to improve your power and strength conditioning. The added advantage of this way to train is that it allows you to train when you want and not when your personal trainer has the time to see you.
