This is not one of those programs where you lift a soup can ten times and then rest. These training schedules are filled with serious information and expertly selected exercises that will make you physically and mentally stronger.

You can get started with your strength training in Nine Mile Falls, WA and begin your journey to better health by giving me a call or a short email message.
Prior to starting out it will be to your advantage to mentally prepare for these forty five to fifty minute sessions. Visualize getting stronger, lifting hard and putting forth the effort to succeed in your training.
You will become mentally and physically stronger because of your training. I suspect you’ll even surprise yourself at what you can do once you’ve set your mind to it.
